This is an image of some very interesting rollover buttons that i found on the internet i like them because they have a great patterned design on them.

This is my completed desktop design.
EVALUATION
Does the end product match your original intentions? My design was a bit different because had all the squares colored in and I had media suite and the college logo at the top of the screen.
Is the end product appropriate for your intended audience – who was this – age groups, gender? Yes my intended audience were teenagers and adults of both genders, my design is not offensive or inappropriate.
Discuss the technical aspects of your work and highlight the strengths / areas to develop Demonstrate your knowledge of the program [P.Shop/Flash/S.Mx] you used & include 'subject terminology'. For the student charter points i went to http://www.1001fonts.com/ and used a sci-fi and pasted them in photoshop. To create the squares i used the rectangle tool and went over it with the paintbrush and held down shift to keep the lines straight, i also print screened the current desktop background and cropped the image in word to get the desktop icons and then pasted them in photoshop.
Discuss the content / style of your work. i searched work from someone called Invader who was born in 1969, he is a French street artist who pastes up characters from and inspired by the Space Invaders game, made up of small colored square tiles that form a mosaic.
Did you encounter any problems when creating the product? when i created my desktop image and set it as the desktop background the desktop icons wouldn't fit into their squares.
If so how were they resolved? I also print screened the current desktop background and cropped the image in word to get the desktop icons and then pasted them into photoshop.
What have you learnt from this experience? I have learned how to draw straight lines with the pain brush.
What skills have been developed throughout this process? I have learned more about drawing on photoshop.
Did you meet the deadline? Yes i completed it on time.
Did you have any problems with time management? I did miss a week due to illness but i caught up to get back on schedule.
If you had the opportunity to make this product again would you do anything different? there is a small problem with the image where on of the boxes weren't big enough and there were everal white lines that filled the gap.
Are you happy with the overall product? yes i am happy with my product.
Today i have practiced using 3D's Max creating an abstract scene using the Top, front and left window's i rotated and zoomed in and out to on the perspective window to view the scene in a way that i liked it and rendered it and saved it as a JPEG.
This is my robot that i created using 3D Max shapes from Standard Primitives and extended primitives.
This is my human character that i designed on paper then created it using the shapes on 3D max the character isn't exactly as i planned but i am happy with it.

I used box modelling to create a castle, we right clicked in perspective and selected edged faces, then we selected modifier and right clicked on the shapes and selected editable mesh to make the walls and towers look more like a castle.

This is a 3D model of a building that i found on the Internet to compare with the one that i created, hopefully i will be able to create a 3D model like this in the next few weeks once i have learned more about the software.Today i started on creating arched windows and doorways, i started this by creating a box adjusting the width, length and height making a Small rectangle shape, then i went to the modifier tool and selected bend and then selected the X axis and changed the angle to bent the box into an arch shape. after that i selected the editable mesh in the modifier list and dragged the bottom right and left polygon down to create pillars I then went to the matirial editer select noise and found a beige colour to made it look like stone.
UNWRAP UVW

Here's my 3D name that i created by clicking the shapes icon and text, i selected my font, typed my name in the text box and spaced the letters out by keening it. I then clicked on the modifier icon right clicked text and converted it to an editable mesh, selected polygon, selected all the letters and clicked extrude to make my name 3D. to edit my text colour i pressed the letter m on my keyboard to bring up the material editor and selected the colours for Ambient, Diffuse and specular and edited the glossiness, softened it then i clicked show standard map, set the map co-ordinates to planner from XYZ dragged it to perspective and pressed F9 to render it.

This image is from one of my favorite games Lord Of The Rings The Third Age because it had a great story and allowed you to roam around all the areas from the films such as Helms deep and Minas Tirith there is great detail on the scenery to make as close to what its like in the films and has good work on the characters on the game and on weapons and armor.
